What Inspires
P.S.R+F Branding?
Branding for P.S.R+F is inspired by our connection to our family, friends, & clients, the dynamics of us "Peterson Sisters”, and experiences that most impact us. Our mom, Brynda, is a talented artist and Structural Integration (IS) therapist. Her work helped us learn from an early age the positive influence of intentional self-care & design. We refer to this when we create content for P.S.R+F.
Although a bit hard to “label” the P.S.R+F style, you might say that it’s a blend of vibes like: “hanging out with your best homies", “relaxing, luxury spa day”, “ColoRADo adventure”, "fun world travel", and “western style & culture."... Basically, P.S.R+F is designed to inspire joyful self-care by living a life you love!…
Welcome to the
Wild, Wild West!
The Peterson Sisters' roots are deeply tied to the "wild, wild West", specifically Colorado and Wyoming.
Close access to vast open land contributed to our eagerness to explore boundaries, both literal and figurative. We grew up alongside our big brothers, Ryan and Kris, our mom, Brynda, and our mom’s side of the family.
Us siblings and cousins got to spend a lot of quality time with our grandpa and grandma (A.K.A. Bop-Pop & Nanny). Their way of living helped us learn - among many other things - the value of showing up for your community & the people you love, having a good sense of humor, and finding a true balance between working hard and playing hard. Outside adventures, art projects, and slumber parties (full of laughter, good stories, games, movies and home-made treats) helped form some of our most special family memories.
"Lee Approved"
Our mom (Brynda Lee) and grandparents (Joan Lee
and LeRoy Theodore) taught us the importance of being authentic, adventurous, courageous and kind. Their influence inspired the "Lee Approved" stamp that we add to our P.S.R+F client thank yous and event invites. It's a simple way to honor our mom and grandparents, and all they have taught us.
Where's Skuyler Hiding?
Skuyler's not a big fan of taking photos. So... she's usually hiding behind the camera. That's why you'll notice many of our pictures together are from when we were kids :).
Additionally, while this business became a passion of Kiki's, Skuyler decided she wanted to pursue other passions. Although Skuyler doesn't help run P.S.R+F anymore, her love, artistic eye and perspective continues to be an important part of the brand!
